This Week At Renovation | June 15, 2021

This week we have some brand new opportunities to support two of our community partners, Wellspring Living and Atlanta Mission. This week we are going to take a specific look at Wellspring Living. Before we get there, let’s talk about our weekly discipleship opportunities.

Discipleship Opportunities

Serve In Giving (APEST)

God’s story of redemption is told through the generosity of his people. We are reminded of that truth every time we see the impact that your ministry has on a child of God.

Serve In Giving

Box Drive

In making box kits for our local community, we want you to know who these box kits are going to and how they can help individuals on a path to recovery in their lives. Both the Atlanta Mission and Wellspring Living are local not for profits serving the metro Atlanta area. They serve individuals who are on a road to recovery and independence. Atlanta mission partners with those experiencing homelessness while Wellspring Living serves with those who have or are being sexually exploited. On the following slides you will find their stories and how a simple box kit can play a role in their lives.

Wellspring Living strives for a world where every victim of sexual exploitation has access to transformative care. Your bot kit will fulfill the tangible needs of Wellspring clients by assembling boxes that provide much-needed support for daily living and a boost of encouragement. Learn more about Wellspring Living here. If you are interested in serving Wellspring through Renovation Church, let us know at partners@renovationchurch.com!

Renovation Church is a praying church. We believe that prayer is critical to reflect God’s Kingdom through our work which results in a loving impact on our local metro Atlanta community. Therefore, we urge you to also pray individually, with friends, with your spouse, or with your whole family over our partners and those that they serve. Your prayer to the Lord can go further than you know and maybe just as impactful for individuals seeking recovery in our city than the physical box kits that you make. We encourage you to include a letter of prayer or an encouraging letter to the person who will receive your box kit by leaving it inside the box kit you make.

If you don’t know much about prayer or would like to grow in prayer check out Renovation’s prayer resources linked here or talk with the prayer team at Renovation!
