The Sauti Worship team will be participating in first Wednesday worship on October 5th.

“Sauti Village is a non-profit organization aiming to free communities from extreme poverty with a focus on mentorship. Sauti is a Swahili Word which means Voice. Their aspiration is to give a voice to the underserved and underprivileged in our communities.

Sauti Village is an organization based out of Nairobi, Kenya with an aim is to end poverty by using music, media and arts to shine a light on the needs of our brothers and sisters.

Please join us as they partner with Renovation Church for first Wednesday worship on October 5, 2022 at 7:00PM for an “African Worship Encounter.”

Community Partners Presents: THE TABLE ON DELK SERVING OPPORTUNITY

The sex/human trafficking industry in metro Atlanta has grown to nearly $300M annually.

The Table sees over 1800 individuals each year on Delk Road, many of which are victims of sexual exploitation. These women, men and children are being forced or trapped into a lifestyle where their lives don’t matter. The impact on their lives and the lives of their families has generational implications. The volunteers at The Table on Delk want to help end sexual exploitation in Atlanta.

Once a month, as a church, we will help aid the Table on Delk in its mission to stop sex trafficking. Tina from the Table on Delk will host an informational for all interested. This is our opportunity to reach the community’s most vulnerable.

God’s story of redemption is told through the generosity of his people. We are reminded of that truth every time we see the impact that your ministry has on a child of God.

This morning as I was praying, writing, and meditating on God’s faithfulness during this season of my life, I was overcome by the many ways God has met me in my fear, never leaving me in it, always pointing me back to His goodness. For those of you who don’t know, Sylvester and I are expecting our 4th child in just a few short months, and while we’re excited, plus all the things you’d expect parents to be on the brink of bringing a new little person home, my entire pregnancy has been one filled with tension between overwhelming gratitude and paralyzing fear.
